Orders will ship first class (3-7 days) within 1-4 days upon receipt of order and confirmed payment. During heavy volume, please include your due date so we can contact you if we have do not feel we can meet your deadline.
Shipping confirmation is provided once the item leaves Rock City Skirts.
Priority shipping (2-3 days) is available and offers $50 insurance for items lost in the mail. First class shipping does not offer any insurance.
Express/Overnight shipping (1-2 days) is our fastest shipping option and also offers $50 insurance for items lost in the mail.
International shipping times vary based on location and cannot be tracked once it leaves the US. Rock City Skirts offers no refunds for items lost in the mail.
International Priority Shipping is available and recommended.
If you are close to a run date and are in a rush to receive your order by a specific date it is suggested that you choose Priority Shipping during checkout.
